This is a transformative case for an already young and attractive male, who wanted improvement of his nose and lower face area. A conservative Rhinoplasty to address the nose was combined with FaceTite and chin augmentation to treat the lower face, jawline, chin, and neck areas. This is a great case of plastic surgery in that some of the small changes can present an overall transformative and global enhancement.

Many times, combination procedures are the best way to address contour and definition in the lower face, jawline, and neck areas. This is a great example. This patient had a chin implant to augment the structure simultaneous with Facetite and neck liposuction to sculpt and tighten the soft tissue.
