This gentleman in his late 40s had a complicated previous rhinoplasty with the use of a Gore-Tex implant, which is obsolete these days due to the foreign body complications associated with it. A Revision Rhinoplasty, to remove the implant and replace it with the patient’s own rib cartilage graft, was performed with the goal of creating a natural look, and addressing all the asymmetries and deformities of the tip and nostril area at the same time. This was a challenging but very rewarding case, and a small liposuction of the neck was also performed at the same time.
