This lady had a complete split of her left ear lobe from wearing heavy earrings chronically. A complex scar revision was performed by removing and refreshing the edges of the old scar, and meticulous closure was employed to minimize notching of her earlobe postoperatively.

This lady had a long history of pain and cosmetic issues for many years due to the keloid on her left ear as a result of earring trauma. The result is only one month after her keloid excision and complex ear lobe reconstruction, which we performed to bring her ear lobe’s natural contour back.
