This case shows how fat grafting can beautifully complement rhinoplasty. My patient originally came in for a rhinoplasty consult but also wanted subtle improvements around her eyes. After careful discussion, she trusted me to combine nano and microfat grafting, enhancing her results without the “overfilled” look she was worried about.
By restoring natural volume to her temples, cheeks, tear troughs, eyelids, nasolabial folds, and jawline, we created a softer, more balanced, and youthful look. What’s remarkable is that it’s all her own tissue, with the added benefit of her own stem cells.
She’s nearly 6 months out and absolutely loves her results and I’m grateful she allowed me to share her transformation to show what’s possible beyond rhinoplasty alone.

This gentleman has post-traumatic deformity in the areas of the right temple, cheek, and forehead. A series of modern rejuvenation techniques, including application of nano and micro fat grafting, platelet-rich plasma injections, fractional CO₂ laser, and dermabrasion, was performed to target the contour deformities and also rejuvenate his eyelid regions.
