This Korean-American gentleman wanted a stronger nasal bridge and tip while maintaining an authentic look. Rib cartilage was applied as grafting material and the results are shown only at 10 days following surgery before he moved to the East coast.

She underwent a septorhinoplasty procedure with improvement of the bony and cartilaginous vaults of her nose. This was done in conjunction with a septoplasty and tip refinement with overall application of multiple structural and cosmetic cartilage grafts. The end result is a natural-looking appearance with a solid improvement in nasal form and function.

This young gentleman has had multiple traumas in the past. The technique used for addressing his septonasal deformity was the application of extended spreader grafts interdigitated with columellar strut graft.

This beautiful lady was unhappy with the shape and projection of her nasal tip and also had major septal deviation which affected her breathing. Major structural grafting using her right ear and septal cartilages addressed all these nasal issues while keeping her profile very natural.

He underwent a revision septorhinoplasty with application of multiple grafts including composite grafts of his right ear. The results are at three months after she underwent open approach rhinoplasty, where we applied cartilage grafts from her nose. It is worth noting that the scar on her skin is already imperceptible, even at three months post-op.

This young doctor of internal medicine had history of nasal trauma from his boxing days, resulting in saddle nose deformity. He underwent a rhinoplasty with application of cadaveric rib cartilage to improve both form and function of his nose while maintaining his authenticity. The results have been robust as shown on his six months follow-up.
