1 Year Post-Op M 22. This rhinoplasty focused on enhancing the patient’s profile and front-facing appearance while preserving his natural, masculine features. The surgical plan included narrowing the nasal bridge from the front view, reducing a prominent dorsal hump, and refining the nasal tip for improved definition. The result is a balanced, structured look that feels both elevated and authentic to his facial identity.
This young pre-med student came to me hoping to feel more confident about his nose. His goal was a transformational rhinoplasty to address a major dorsal hump, bulbous tip, and significant deviations.
Now at 1 year post-op, his results speak for themselves, handsome, masculine, and most importantly, confident.
1 Year Post-Op ___. One of the most common issues to deal with in performing revision rhinoplasty is previous crookedness and acquired deviations of the nose. This was a case using rib grafting to restructure the nose into a more defined and straighter alignment, while maintaining the rest of the nose’s character.
32M, 10 mo post
This young man’s lifelong wish was to get a rhinoplasty, and he approached Dr. Sedgh with this dream in December of 2021. With Dr. Sedgh’s expertise they decided on a surgical plan and set expectations for his results, fast forward 10 months from then and he is very happy with his decision as he now has the results of his dreams. This brilliant young man had a traumatic nasal fracture with two unsuccessful surgeries before coming to our practice. His results were suboptimal and he was trying to hide them with the application of fillers. Finally, he came in for revision rhinoplasty with rib graft after dissolving his fillers. The results are shown at nine months following his successful and last revision.
This super smart college student wanted finesse rhinoplasty with removal of the hump and ideal tip definition. He also wanted to repair both earlobes back to their normal contour. His results at one year are self explanatory.

3 Months Post-Op M 21 . After suffering an injury to his nose, this patient had been struggling to breathe.
Now, at just 3 months post-op, Dr. Sedgh not only reduced his dorsal hump to create a smoother profile, but also restored his breathing.
3 Months Post-Op M 48 This case involved a post-traumatic rhinoplasty to repair a significantly deviated and prominent nasal hump caused by prior injury. The surgical plan focused on straightening the nasal structure, restoring proper breathing function, and refining the overall appearance, all while maintaining the patient’s natural, masculine features. Now at just 3 months post-op, the patient is healing well and stepping confidently into this next chapter.
8 Months Post Op, Revision Rhinoplasty; Male, 35.
Some complicated cases might be a longer journey. This patient’s process began two years ago (2022) with a primary rhinoplasty. The revision rhinoplasty allowed me to address external deviation, nasal asymmetry and drooping of tip with dorsal hump. The result is a more balanced look and natural looking result.

Primary Rhinoplasty. During this procedure, Dr. Sedgh used a rib cartilage graft to extend and increase the projection of his nasal tip. Such repositioning is key in obtaining great tip definition in most African American or Asian rhinoplasties.

This handsome patient came to us wanting a primary rhinoplasty to address some crookedness and breathing issues, he also wanted to create more structure and balance on his face with a chin augmentation procedure.
We were able to remove his dorsal hump and address his tip deviation, while allowing his chin augmentation to create more natural contouring. This is a great case illustrating how addressing chin projection when needed simultaneously with rhinoplasty can bring things together.
