  • Crooked Nose Surgery Before & After Photos
  • 1 Year Post-Op M 22. This rhinoplasty focused on enhancing the patient’s profile and front-facing appearance while preserving his natural, masculine features. The surgical plan included narrowing the nasal bridge from the front view, reducing a prominent dorsal hump, and refining the nasal tip for improved definition. The result is a balanced, structured look that feels both elevated and authentic to his facial identity.

This beautiful patient came to me for primary Rhinoplasty to address crookedness, dorsal hump, and subtle refinement of her nasal tip. After performing an open approach septorhinoplasty with advanced techniques to correct septonasal deformity, nasal obstruction, and refine the tip, she’s now at her 1-year follow-up and couldn’t be happier with the results!
Her nose is not only more balanced and natural, but her breathing has improved significantly as well. It’s been an honor to be part of her transformation, and I’m happy with the functionality of her nose, and how well it complements her facial features.

    1 Y Post-Op F 32

A full year of healing, refinement, and transformation.

This patient came to me with a crooked bridge and concerns about facial symmetry.

Our goal was simple: create a straighter, more refined nose that brought balance to her features without ever losing her natural look.

As she healed, we performed a small in-office touch-up to perfect her result.

Now at 1 year post-op, her outcome is stable, harmonious, and beautifully natural.

    2 M Post-op, F 28

This case highlights the transformative impact of revision rhinoplasty in refining nasal aesthetics and restoring facial harmony.

This patient sought revision rhinoplasty to correct asymmetry and breathing concerns from a previous procedure. Her primary goals were to straighten a crooked nose, enhance tip definition, and achieve a more balanced profile.

At her 2month follow-up, you can see the refined contours and improved symmetry, demonstrating how precise surgical techniques can deliver both functional and aesthetic improvements.

    6 Months Post-Op F 70
This 70-year-old patient had previously undergone two rhinoplasties and a lip lift but remained concerned about her nasal function and appearance. She continued to experience a deviated septum, a crooked nasal bridge, and lacked definition in the nasal tip. During her revision surgery, we corrected the septal deviation, straightened the nasal structure, and refined the tip to achieve a more harmonious look. We also performed a secondary lip lift to enhance perioral balance and improve overall facial aesthetics. At 6 months post-op, she is breathing more comfortably and enjoying a more refined, rejuvenated profile.

3 Months Post-Op M 48 This case involved a post-traumatic rhinoplasty to repair a significantly deviated and prominent nasal hump caused by prior injury. The surgical plan focused on straightening the nasal structure, restoring proper breathing function, and refining the overall appearance, all while maintaining the patient’s natural, masculine features. Now at just 3 months post-op, the patient is healing well and stepping confidently into this next chapter.

    7 Months Post, F 39.
Here’s a look at our patient, 7 months after surgery. I focused on reshaping and refining the nose to correct a septonasal deformity, clear up breathing issues, and bring balance to the overall profile. The original shape had a crooked bridge, a dorsal hump, and an asymmetric, bulbous tip that was also overprojected. Now, the nose has a smooth, natural contour and improved symmetry, giving the face a more harmonious look and making it easier to breathe.

50M, 8 months post revision rhinoplasty with rib cartilage graft for some common male revision concerns: crookedness, residual hump and tip droop.

    F, 21 yr, 1 year post.
This young lady underwent a primary rhinoplasty with hump reduction, tip repositioning, and definition. This was done with minimal excision and mostly advanced recontouring and repositioning techniques.

This beautiful Serbian model had a reductive rhinoplasty to match her nose with her other refined facial features. The results at 1.5 year show great balance and elegance. She wrote one of the nicest reviews on RealSelf for Dr. Sedgh.

    RealSelf Review:

“My experience with Dr. Sedgh was amazing! I had a deviated septum a few years back and unfortunately that doctor took out too much cartilage, and I was still having trouble breathing. I was referred to Dr. Sedgh, and I am so happy that he explained everything to me and now I can breathe!!”

This ex-rugby player has had multiple and severe traumas to his nose in the past. He underwent a functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty with major repair of the crooked aspects of his bony and cartilaginous nose. In the end he was able to breathe well from both sides, which has been very rewarding for him. The surgery also provided cosmetic improvements while maintaining a straight, natural-looking nasal profile that retained its masculine characteristics.

This beautiful lady was born with an unusually small nose. Making a nose significantly larger while simultaneously improving its aesthetic appearance is known to be a challenge in rhinoplasty. In this case, multiple grafts using her right ear as a donor site were used to sculpt a strikingly different yet natural-looking nose.

This young gentleman has had multiple traumas in the past. The technique used for addressing his septonasal deformity was the application of extended spreader grafts interdigitated with columellar strut graft.

This young man wanted a straighter profile that was aesthetically pleasing, while still maintaining the masculinity of his appearance. He also wanted to address breathing problems resulting from major septal deviation. An advanced and fairly delicate technique called application of caudal septal extension graft was employed in this case, ultimately resulting in great satisfaction for the patient.

21 year old female who had difficulty breathing and was bothered by crookedness of her nose. She wanted to improvement of her breathing and deviation while maintaining the natural appearance of her nose. The results are three months following open approach rhinoplasty with application of cartilage Grafts taken from her nose. It is notable that even at three months the skin scar is imperceptible.

21-year-old male with history of previous nasal trauma who was interested in improvement of his airway while addressing the crookedness of his nose and also obtaining better tip definition. The surgery was performed with open approach and using only cartilages taken from his own nose. The result is one year post up.

The lower two thirds of the nose is composed mostly of cartilage and significant deviations of this portion are more challenging and usually more symptomatic as far as their contributions to breathing problems. This young lady wanted a surgery that addresses both the crookedness and obstructive issues while preserving other features of her nose. The results at six months post op show such a dramatic and durable outcome using only cartilages from her own nasal septum.

This young man had an unfortunate accident following a case of assault which resulted in major nasal deformity with almost complete blockage of his nasal airway and gross deformity as obvious on his preoperative pictures. A complex rhinoplasty using his rib cartilage was performed to almost completely replace his nasal septum. the results at two years out show a major transformation both functionally and cosmetically. This case was selected as a teaching presentation in complex rhinoplasty at the prestigious Las Vegas cosmetic surgery annual meeting.
